Dr. Chan's lab is focused on computational cancer genomics, cancer evolution, and p53 biology. We develop computational tools and pipelines for analyzing, integrating, and modeling immense biological data, including genome, transcriptome, DNA methylation, single-cell genomics, and precision oncology.
