This year's Molecular Biosciences Graduate Programs Orientation will be held from Wednesday, August 26, to Friday, August 28, 2026.
Schedules will be shared with newly admitted students closer to the event date.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
International students should plan on arriving sometime during the week prior to August 23rd. You should have received a packet of information together with your I-20 from admissions. This will include an International Student Orientation brochure from the Rutgers Global Services. Rutgers Global Services orientation activities will take place the week of August 24 - 26, 2026. International Student Orientation
When you arrive, be sure to check in online with Rutgers Global - International Student and Scholar Services via the RGlobal portal. They have provided a pre- and post-arrival guide to help you sort out all the to-dos after you arrive at Rutgers. Be sure to attend a Staying in Legal Status workshop during the International Student Orientation, where you will receive information and paperwork necessary for on-campus employment. You will need to provide us with the International Payroll Form after attending the workshop.
HOUSING
For those who will be living in RU housing, please contact on-campus housing directly to confirm your arrangements and check-in times.
